Product Repair Service & Credit Request Booking Form

POLARaudio offer a repair service for all products that we distribute. Please follow the instructions on this form carefully to ensure your repair is dealt with quickly. At the bottom of this page you will find a link to our returns authorisation form. you will need to fully complete this form and submit it in advance of returning your product to us for repair.

POLARaudio endevour to complete all repairs in house. For some products this is not possible, and returning them to the manufacturer is required.

Warranty Repairs Procedure
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is within its warranty period, POLARaudio will repair and return your product to you free of charge. To use this service, proof of purchase must be provided for the product.
This can be one of the following:

POLARaudio Invoice or Delivery Note

Store/Email Receipt of Purchase

Products that are returned without proof of purchase will automatically be chargeable and no disputes will be accepted after the unit is inspected.

Please complete the online form (on the next page) and return the product with your GRN number and proof of purchase and we will contact you when your product has been received. To ensure that your product is booked in as quickly as possible, please include a printout of your confirmation email.

Non Warranty Repairs Procedure
To use our chargeable repair service, please complete the online form (on the next page) including your account information OR payment details and you will be issued with a GRN Number and emailed a confirmation of your booking. Return the product with the GRN number written on the box to POLARaudio and we will contact you when your product has been received. To ensure that your product is booked in as quickly as possible, please include a printout of your confirmation email.

Fixed Repair Charges for Non-Warranty Products

POLARaudio offer a fixed price repair service on most beyerdynamic Headphones, Headsets and microphones. A list of product covered by the fixed repair charges can be found below. By sending back a product for a fixed price repair, you agree to the cost in advance of the unit being sent and any repair work that needs to be done. We will repair the unit, take payment and return the product to you ASAP if this option is selected. please note that fixed repair charges exclude replacement Earpads and Headband Pads. these can be purchased sperately.

Variable Repair Charges For Non-Warranty Products

Unfortunately we cannot offer fixed charges for all products due to the varying number of possible faults/issues. For any product not listed in the above tariff, the following charges would apply:

PLEASE NOTE By returning your product to us for repair without proof of purchase, you accept that there will be an inspection fee for the repair and return carriage if applicable. This will not be credited back once the inspection has been carried out.

Please note that all products must be returned to POLARaudio for inspection before a quotation can be produced.
